These terms cover your use of (the "platform"). By creating an account you agree to them, along with the upload & rights agreement and the privacy policy.

1. Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use . By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 will be closed and the associated data removed.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. One account per person. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting clydecoop00@gmail.com.

3. Content you upload

Uploading a recording is governed by the upload & rights agreement — in short, you must own or control the rights to what you upload. Infringing material is removed under our DMCA / takedown policy, and repeat infringers lose access to the platform.

4. XP, badges, and tokens are not money

Battle Tokens, Voter Tokens, XP, and badges are cosmetic status within the platform only. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be redeemed or cashed out for real money, gift cards, or any other thing of value, and cannot be wagered. This will not change without a clear, separate update to these terms.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the platform to harass other users, impersonate someone else, upload malware, attempt to manipulate voting or ratings through fake accounts or bots, or interfere with the normal operation of the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate this.

6. Beta status & availability

is an early-stage beta product. Features may change, break, or be removed with little notice, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that uploaded content will never be lost. Back up anything you can't afford to lose.

7. Termination

You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the rights agreement, or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

As this is an early beta product, these terms may change as the platform grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
